Step 1: Navigate to myapps.kean.edu. You will be greeted with the dashboard, under "Learning & Collaboration" select the Microsoft Office 365 Office Portal.
Step 2: This will direct you to the Copilot page. On the bottom left of your screen, click your profile and select "View Account".
Step 3: In your account dashboard, locate the "Devices" box and select "Manage Devices".
Step 4: A list of your devices will appear. Click the device you wish to retrieve the key for, and select "View BitLocker Keys".
Mobile Device

Step 3: On the bottom left of your screen, click your profile and select "View Account".
