Set Working Hours in Outlook (Exchange Online)

Your Outlook calendar can be used to organize your work hours, as well as manage and share your schedule.

  1. Log into Outlook Online.
  2. Click the app launcher located in the top left corner (it may appear as a square), and select Calendar.
  3. Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top right.
  4. Select Calendar, then select View; this will display Calendar Appearance.
  5. To set your days of work, check the days you are in the office and uncheck the days you are not working.
  6. To set the hours of your workday, select the start of your workday using the Start Time drop-down menu, and select the end of your workday using the End Time drop-down menu. Note: Take note of the time zone indicated. If it is not correct, then your workday hours will be off, as will your calendar times.
  7. Select OK to save your changes.
  8. Select X to exit the calendar settings menu.
