Your Outlook calendar can be used to organize your work hours, as well as manage and share your schedule.
- Log into Outlook Online.
- Click the app launcher located in the top left corner (it may appear as a square), and select Calendar.
- Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top right.
- Select Calendar, then select View; this will display Calendar Appearance.
- To set your days of work, check the days you are in the office and uncheck the days you are not working.
- To set the hours of your workday, select the start of your workday using the Start Time drop-down menu, and select the end of your workday using the End Time drop-down menu. Note: Take note of the time zone indicated. If it is not correct, then your workday hours will be off, as will your calendar times.
- Select OK to save your changes.
- Select X to exit the calendar settings menu.
