In order to access your Network Drives and Network Printers off-campus, you must be connected to the Kean network through the VPN.
Once connected to the VPN, these resources will automatically be added to your computer and appear in the same location as they would when on campus.
If you are not connected to the VPN, you will not be able to use your Network Resources. If your resources are listed with a red X icon and do not open when clicked on, please ensure you are connected to the VPN.
If the drive or website remains inaccessible even when connected to the VPN, please call the IT Help Desk during our hours of operation at (908) 737-6000.
